Kinky Monkey accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. All payments are processed securely by PayPal. However, a PayPal account is not required for credit card payments.
Shipping
Delivery is available to addresses worldwide. All orders are posted on the same or next business day, with delivery within 1-5 business days using Interlink Express. If you would like an item shipped internationally please contact me via my contact form for a quote.
Standard post & packaging within the United Kingdom is £6.50
Please note that shipping costs are not included in the shopping cart subtotal and will be added on during the checkout process. To get the shipping rate for the items in your cart, please use the shipping rate calculator on the shopping cart page.
Returns Policy
All orders are carefully checked and packed before shipping, but should an item be damaged in transit please notify me within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement. Additionally every harness and whip is handcrafted and, therefore, may contain those minor imprefections that make them unique. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will be happy to issue you a refund on the return of your goods.
